So UN1T 7 has always been really well recieved by visitors and has become a really cool place for people to work from. Now we had this idea to create a brand new, completely purpose designed, cool and warm space for people to work from. You can choose to pay by the hour, day or even become a member for exclusive access, benefits and pricing.

    Come in, pick a spot and crack on. A variety of work spaces are available from leather couches, workbenches or the high bar.

  • USE THE OFFICE

    The private office is perfect for more focused sessions, one to one chats or discreet zoom calls. 1 desk, 2 seats and office stuff.

    Need a big space? The whole Hub is available for meetings, training, classes, podcasts or anything else cool that will fit.

What can it be used for?

Working from the HUB can come in many different forms. We have tried to incorporate a true mutli-use philosophy to allow the HUB to be used for a whole host of activities as well as a standard workspace. Obviously the space lends itself well to courses and training but we wanted to look at the creative sector aswell. Photography, filming, podcasts and music rehearsals are all things we welcome.

Currently we are adding pieces of equipment as well as designing certain aspects of the HUB to best accomodate these acitivites. If there is something you are interested in please don't hesitate to contact us and book a visit. We are really keen to get this space out there and serving the community.

City Meeting

We weren't sure what to call this, boozey lunch seemed a bit unprofessional, but that's essentially what it is. As a member you gain access to a unique friday networking style lunch date.

Come alone and mingle with other business users or bring a client or employees for a more relaxed meeting. Each ticket includes 2 alcoholic drinks and some light bites.

Every friday 2pm till 4pm.

Hub Kitchen

As a member you have access to the Hub kitchen with courtesy tea, coffee and cold drinks from the fridge. Coaltown Coffee is batch brewed and ready to go all day, just help yourself.

Registered Business Address

For members, it's as simple as it sounds. If you need to have a commercial registered address then we can help. Some suppliers actually won't deal with smaller businesses working from home.
